Question by : I have a question about protein powder.?
I am thinking of buying some protein powder but it contains 60 g of protein and in not sure if that’s bad for you btw I’m 14 years old.

It is definitely unnecessary. You only take that amount of protein powder if you are a huge body-builder. And there is definitely no use in taking protein powder unless you are doing very hard weight-lifting workouts at the gym.

If you are not working out, then you dont need to worry about protein. If you are working out, then you should probably only take about half a scoop of protein powder after a workout. At least until you get more muscle and older.
